Refund policy

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Please email info@jeeperspeepers.co.uk with your name and order number. You may be asked to send pictures of the damage and to return the glasses to us. Once glasses are returned to us we will verify the damage and offer a replacement pair or a refund. All defective items need to be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

AN ITEM I ORDERED IS MISSING?

Please double check your order confirmation and your emails to ensure the item(s) you have ordered are correct and/or if head office has contacted you in regards to an out of stock item.
